1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nanodoc.biz (the "Site"), operated by NanoDoc International Pte Ltd ("NanoDoc", "we", "us" or "our"), 37 Lor 23 Geylang #06-06, Yu Li Industrial Building, Singapore 388371. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products are not medical advice

NanoDoc products are nutraceutical and cosmeceutical wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.

3. AI chat assistant

The chat widget on the Site is an AI assistant (powered by Anthropic's Claude models) provided for general product and company information only. It does not provide medical, legal or financial advice, may occasionally be inaccurate, and its responses do not constitute an offer, warranty or binding commitment by NanoDoc.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (S$) and are subject to change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, due to stock unavailability or a pricing error). A contract of sale is formed only once we confirm your order.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment gateway, HitPay. We do not receive or store your full card details. By submitting payment, you also agree to HitPay's applicable terms.

6. Delivery and self pick-up

We currently deliver within Singapore only, for a flat fee of S$6.00 per order regardless of order size. Self pick-up from our office (37 Lor 23 Geylang #06-06, Yu Li Industrial Building, Singapore 388371) is available free of charge. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

If you wish to cancel an order or request a return, contact us at info@nanodoc.biz as soon as possible after placing the order. We assess cancellation, return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis, consistent with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. Orders already processed for payment through HitPay are also subject to HitPay's applicable policies.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images and the NanoDoc and LG Bionano trademarks — is owned by or licensed to NanoDoc and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems or any related accounts;
• submit false, misleading or fraudulent order information; or
• misuse the chat assistant to generate harmful, unlawful or abusive content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NanoDoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, beyond the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
