1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how NanoDoc International Pte Ltd ("NanoDoc", "we", "us" or "our"), of 37 Lor 23 Geylang #06-06, Yu Li Industrial Building, Singapore 388371, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in connection with nanodoc.biz (the "Site"), in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Contact form: name, email address and any message content you submit.
• Orders and checkout: name, email address, phone number, and — if you choose delivery rather than self pick-up — your shipping address.
• Payment: payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway, HitPay. We never receive or store your full card number; HitPay handles that in accordance with its own privacy and security policies.
• AI chat assistant: if you use the chat widget, the messages you send are transmitted to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a reply. We do not require you to submit personal data through chat, and you should avoid sharing sensitive information there.
• Shopping cart: the items in your cart are stored only in your browser's local storage until you check out — we do not see your cart contents until you submit an order.
• Language preference: a small cookie/local storage value remembers whether you prefer English or Chinese. It is functional only and is not used for tracking or advertising.

3. How we use your information

We use personal data to:

• process and fulfil orders, including payment, delivery and order-status updates;
• respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form or chat widget;
• send transactional emails, such as order confirmations and payment receipts;
• comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations; and
• maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site.

4. Third-party service providers

We share personal data with the following service providers strictly to the extent needed to provide the Site and fulfil your orders. These providers may process data on servers located outside Singapore; where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure data continues to receive a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

• Supabase — database hosting for order records.
• HitPay — payment processing.
• Anthropic — AI processing for the chat assistant.
• Our email/SMTP provider — delivery of order and enquiry emails.

5. Data retention

We retain order and transaction records for as long as required to meet our accounting and tax obligations under Singapore law, and contact-form enquiries for as long as reasonably needed to address them, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and may withdraw your consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data at any time. 8. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
